The only thing that sucks with me buying that Halo 3 version is that I won't be able to play Halo because those role playing games make me sick...

Yep! I'm ok for like the first couple of minutes, but then my eyes start hurting, and my stomach starts feeling queasy. All the moving around looking this way and that way messes with me big time. The only thing I can play are the sports games. It Sucks!! It does save me money big time though.

Try turning down the sensitivity and speed from when you move around, I had a friend the same thing happened and now he can play

Huh, that makes sense. If I were to slow it down I could see that making a difference. But I just checked and Halo 3 doesn't come with the X-Box Halo version. What a tease..

I'm in the family fellas. I'm in the 360 family! I couldn;t take it anymore. 2k8 is sick by the way. I bought Madden 08 and wasn't too impressed. Give me a month of playing 2k8 Atrain. I'm still getting used to the upgrade.

I've been working on Halo 3 for a few days now. As far as gameplay goes I like Gears of War a lot better.

It's more of an adventure than a straight shooter, turn down the difficulty so you don't have to worry about enemies as much. Maybe then you can have fun with it. A lot of dark hallways and weird noises. Turning down the difficulty won't ruin the game for you. As I've said before, it's more of an experience than a game.

i finally got the wii and i'm renting Metroid:Corruption and i'm hooked. I love this game and the console rocks. I just got my wii online and it's even better. I'm a little late getting into the game, but i'm here.

........i also checked out that $399 PS3 rumor and it looks like it'll be out by Thanksgiving. i think i want it more for a Blue-ray player than a gaming console for now.

There should be a patch soon for 2k8 addressing some minor glitches. Otherwise I hear the game is great.

I have two TVs in my living room so I can game and not miss a live event at the same time. Because of that I end up playing on mute but from what I'm hearing 2k8 has done a masterful job of bringing the crowd and the atmoshere into the game. Apparently it really brings you into the action as if it were a real live game. I'll be turning it up.

Aw man that game is freakin sick dude! I couldn't take it anymore. I was like I have to upgrade from this PS2 after reading the reviews on the 360 version of it. The only thing is I got the Halo version of the 360 and it's like olive green. I got that one because someone mentioned that it had a Falcon processor meaning it didn't overheat or some crap.

I still have yet to win a game on All-Star difficulty. Seriously, the damn game doesn't leave ANY room for error. You double team someone, they'll pass the ball around to find the open man, who makes the shot 95% of the time. I'm glad they fixed cheese like stealing the inbounds pass, and pump-faking then drawing fouls (Kobe's sig move)

I wouldn't doubt it. If I were to play you now I'm quite sure you would own me. I should be ready by the time the season starts though. Best basketball game I have ever played hands down! I was really dissapointed with Madden though. You can't change the camera options, and they got rid of the coach mode.

How are the controls? I held off on buying that one when I got my Wii because I'm somewhat skeptical about using the remote for a shooter.

i was skeptical too, but i've been playing metroid ever since the NES original came out. the controls take a little getting used to. you have the enemy lock, but you still have to aim. i don't like the way you call up the visors, and it does take a bit getting used to using your thumb to shoot. i would normally put the contoller on my leg and spazz out on the fire button with my index finger when i came to fighting bosses.
