Son if you read what I said...Rangers need a catcher and 2nd baseman....all other positions are fairly solid.

The Angels were in 2nd, but had one more loss. And that is what counts. Now both the A's and Angels (for the moment) have 57 losses. So the magic number is 41 over both. If the Angels lose tonight, the magic number over them would go down to 40, but it would stay at 41 overall because the A's would once again have one less loss. Does that make sense?
