well he's the only one on my street or near by.
and he was convicted of sex with a 15 yr old... so not exactly my kid's age.
Also - she's never alon and we'll be moving out of here when she's about 3 1/2.. so I'm not too worried about him.
BUt it does disturb me that 3 kids live in that apt. with him.

wow thats kinda scary. I know when i worked in real estate for a short while, some agents wouldnt divulge that information when they were supposed to. It's illegal for them not to, but i cant even imagine a family moving into a home which they think is their dream home and moving in right next to a half way home for convicted sex offenders. sheisty real estate agents!
