An arena of fans wearing condescending 10-18 shirts are watching the Bucks carry a ten point lead over the Dubs in Oakland.
Bucks pissed away their chance to sweep the Dubs but they have the blueprint to beat those assholes. Take advantage of size and length. We don't have their athleticism but Pop can definitely make use of the game tapes here.
They need Draymond to play big against teams who have size and inside presence. Tonight he had 21 points but I don't think he can score 20 points consistently in a 7 game series.
Hate to say this, but that's prime Kobe-esque.
Why would you hate to compare kawhi to an all time great? That makes no sense.
MCW really bothered Steph with his size and intensity. He was Bucks' MVP in both games. Bucs really did an amazing work running Worriers' players from the 3pt line. Also noticed that Refs killed Bucks momentum in diff occasions. Tacky fouls, a shady goal interference play, among other things.
Pop might put Fathead on Curry after watching the game tape![]()
I agree. They never seem to miss a shot and I think the reason is that the clippers are just motivated to beat the spurs. Doc Rivers said if they brought the same intensity when they play the spurs they would win more games. They want to prove they have the edge, mental for ude and toughness to beat the elite. I read postgame that Doc said the players were still upset over that missed kickball non-call by the refs and mentally checked out so their offense was stagnant with Crawford and Rivers forcing shots and Smith air-balling a three. They wouldn't let it go and kept complaining. The one thing the spurs are good at is keeping on an even keel, something the Clippers need to work on. They've got the physical tools, an athletic frontcourt, great pg but all those mental hangups will cost them more games.
Because I don't feel comfortable comparing Kawhi to an egotistical, selfish, rapist asshole who was absolutely ing uncoachable. But still talented, of course.
I didn't watch that tape, but I did see Kyle play PG for about 2-3 minutes in the 2nd Q of the Lakers game when the tall/long D.Russell was going off. The subs ution was made for Patty.
Kyle played some PG against MCW in our Bucks game, but that game was a blow-out, and Pop was in full experiment mode.
You can never guess with Pop. I can't even guess what Pop is going to do with Kyle myself. Simmons has been playing really well, and I guess right now Pop is stuck. Kyle is probably too good for the dleague and yet won't get minutes over J.Simms in real games.
I would trust Kyle to foul less than J.Simms however.
Not a bad problem to have if you're a Spurs fanKyle will get his chance
Spurs playing chess
Chris Paul playing flop and scream and hope for a call.
You got it right!!!
We will probably continue to see Pop go with different guys depending on what he feels the situation calls for.
We are lucky that they can both play.
Right now, considering how a guy like Lance Stephenson played last night, I'll take either (both are better than Lance, higher IQ, not the nutso player kind) so it is a nice problem to have.
Anyways, I am going off-subject.
One of the most interesting aspects of this season is precisely to watch Pop develop the bench (I include Boban there too).
Personally, I'm still waiting for Kyle to prove he can play at the NBA level. I don't see it but it is one of those things I wouldn't mind being wrong about. Looks like a career journey man or over seas type player at this moment but he is young. I can see him playing decent minutes on poor teams in the future perhaps
good. we don't have to return it, then
They were open shots. The Spurs didn't challenge most of those open shots. Even the post ups weren't even challenged. It was like the Spurs were flatfooted on defense the entire game.
It was earlier in the game when I said that quote. Don't remember how early, but I think it was at a point in the first half shorty after Luc Mbah a Moute hit a 3 pointer that I originally posted that message, and he's not known for hitting any kind of three point shot - open or not. For some reason when I was going back through the game thread my browser re-posted the same message at the end of the game thread.
Survived an Ed Malloy game. Always a bonus.
