makes no sense. on a per capita basis, its absolutely true that black people are more likely to be unvaccinated than white people. and that is a problem. but to blame that on the state's numbers is ludicrous. the virus doesnt spread on a per capita basis.
even if every single black person in texas was unvaccinated, that would be about 3.5 million people.
meanwhile, about 55% of texas, or 16.5 million people, are unvaccinated. so even under the hypothetical of every black person being unvaccinated, they only account for ~1/5 of the unvaccinated pool

Doesn't mean he was blaming black people. He was saying the democrats have their own issues they seem to sweep under the rug. The race cucuy might get you otherwise. But this is just poster B not addressing the original claim and instead going a different direction to try to get a small w.
Even more puzzling when we remember one of Biden's main Covid objectives when he entered office was committing resources to POC because they are disproportionately effected. I even saw commercials on TV here in California cheerleading for this.
