Chip Roy got cold feet
...Winester, they'd already done that "we're driving a stake in the heart of the federal republic." when they threatened to blow up the White House the day Trump got sworn and was fixin' to move in over there with the wife and their only child.
Let us proceed...
(McCain) was just sore because he couldn't make President, like President Trump did.
If we were all on trial for our thoughts, we would all be hanged.
-Margaret Atwood.
Trump was indicted for his actions.
Tell it, Hemi.
Testify!!!
The tactic is the same employed historically in any lawsuit he's been involved in: try to delay as much as possible.
What poll numbers? The GOP primary? He's actually been fundraising less and less with each indictment.

Which statement comes closer to your view on the investigations into Donald Trump and the Republican nomination for president?
Bar chart showing 68% of respondents believe investigations into Trump are politically motivated and they support his candidacy, while 26% say it is important to nominate someone who will not be distracted and can beat Joe Biden.
68% - They are a politically motivated attempt to stop Trump. No other candidate is like him, we must support him
26% - It is important to nominate a candidate who will not be distracted and can beat Joe Biden
Source: NBC News survey conducted April 14-18, 2023. The margin of error for 292 Republican primary voters is +/-5.99%.

68% of self-identifying Republicans is honestly pretty low considering he was around 90% approval among Republicans when Joe kicked him in the balls. at MAGA s rooting on the indictments.
I expect the GOP to concentrate their efforts on one candidate sooner than later, much like the Dems did with Biden to beat Bernie. They know Trump is a losing horse. Since that's probably DeSantis, the question will be how many MAGA s can hold their nose to vote for someone hated by Trump (or whether Trump will run independent.)
Must rub Yam s raw that Barbie raked in $1 billion in three weeks while he struggles to meet legal fees.
We'll have a hard enough time beating Biden with Trump. Without him we'll get massacred.
Santis is SOL. Trump won't side him now.
That's the American political system. We got nothin' on Russia that's for certain. If you can't beat him, bury him under a mound of paper, though, it did come in handy there in that Colorado hole when Kobe buried them under a like mound.
tee, hee.
no wonder Jack didn’t want a deal lol
it's a call to serve, not a personal trophy of his greatness.
He just said trump lost today, he's cooked
Nothing is going right for this wonderful man.

No, that's how your side depicted it from the get go, Lue...DeNiro called him a "mother er" for doing it and you all followed right on in.
Your side made this bed, Lue, and we're all going to be occupying it ever more.
Your side wanted to all over everything in order to piss him off and ruin his presidency with the following firm understanding..."We're only doing this because it's Trump and he isn't en led. Once we empty our bowels out over his 4 years, maybe less if we can impeach and convict him...but no more than 4 years. After that, we'll just act like it/he never happened and continue on as before."
Uh, uh. Nope.
GA ready to give Yam s a mugshot.
