Yea Caruso is so much more valuable than a guy like Vassell and earns less money too. Both play the same position, one puts up empty stats on low efficiency and is a turn style on defense, has no toughness and soft. The other is built for playoff basketball, does all the little things that don’t show up in the box score to help you win.
Spurs need more Caruso’s and less Vassell’s / Keldons etc.

This game has some “exorcising of demons” kind of vibe for OKC. Not the same cir stances as when we beat the lakers in the Semis in 03… but a similar feeling vibe.
They got taken to 7 by Denver with 6.5 players, MPJ playing heavy minutes with one shoulder and Gordon getting injured.

He didn’t in that game Wemby’s rookie year where we beat them in April. There’s a video on YT showing Wemby scoring 17 points in 3 minutes, and a ton of Denver’s misses were Porter choking it away, missing bombs.
