My grandmother makes a cheesecake that's just a little sweet with a sour cream topping ... so freaking good. I also need to get her recipe for the little ones we used to make in muffin cups - nilla wafer on the bottom, cheesecake in the middle, and cherry pie filling on the top.

I looove that blog.. they are good friends with Laura from season 3 and have all kinds of pics of her new baby, the one she was pregnant with during the show... and lots of stuff from Emmett McCarthy from season 2.. he has his own boutique now in NYC and its fabulous! I can't wait till season 4!

Yeah, during the show he did but his boutique is mostly women's wear and it all looks great.. plus, he made Tim Gunn bobbleheads and got Tim to autograph them... I am soooo ready to buy one.. I just need to stop being cheap and pull the trigger...

I don't normally do white or chardonnay either, but if I can find it I'll cook something white-wine-appropriate do drink it with. BTW, Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc is really great for cooking most seafood with - dry with lots of citrus - very tasty.
