DOJ identified 4 green card holders who voted in 2024 in NJ, or 0.00006% of total votes.

As I wrote in 2024, noncitizen voting remains extraordinarily rare. Audits find only a tiny handful of cases, most often green card holders who got bad advice from others.

"Multiple" sounds just slightly worse than "four"

District courts are blocking Trump's attempts to screw with elections and to coerce states to give him private voter information

The DOJ has lost parallel efforts to obtain this type of data in eight other federal district courts.

PR prison gangs used drugs to get prisoners to vote for the Republican candidate for Governor

When Trump was inaugurated, prosecutors were told to stop investigating ties to political officials

Puerto Rico’s representative in Congress and four other members of the House of Representatives have asked the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General to investigate why a federal probe into a prison drugs-for-votes scheme was abandoned after the 2024 elections.

“Credible allegations of election fraud uncovered through federal investigative work warrant serious scrutiny and transparent explanation,” the members of Congress wrote in the May 20 letter, adding that it was essential for “public confidence in democratic ins utions” that such claims are handled consistently, “regardless of the political actors involved.”

The letter was signed by Resident Commissioner Pablo José Hernández Rivera, a Democrat and member of Puerto Rico’s Popular Democratic Party, as well as Reps. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., ranking member of the House Oversight Committee; Nydia Velázquez, D-N.Y.; Adriano Espaillat, D-N.Y., chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus; and Jesús “Chuy” García, D-Ill., a member of the House Judiciary Committee.

Their request follows a ProPublica investigation that published earlier this month detailing how prosecutors had uncovered adrugs-for-votes scheme being run by a violent gang in Puerto Rican prisonsand were deep into looking at whether now-Gov. Jenniffer González-Colón or her campaign were involved. In the days following President Donald Trump’s election in 2024, as prosecutors prepared the indictment, they were told by supervisors in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Puerto Rico to exclude the voting-related charges against inmates and prison staff, four sources with knowledge of the investigation told ProPublica. Then, once Trump took office, they were told to abandon the probe into potential political ties entirely, the sources said.

fake primary residence in Alabama, bona fide domicile in Florida

State law requires Senate candidates to live in Alabama for only a day, but gubernatorial candidates must reside there for at least seven years, and Tuberville's voting record suggests he hasn't.

"This is the Tommy Tuberville who stood on the Senate floor this year and demanded the country pass the SAVE Act, the bill to require proof of citizenship to register and a photo ID to vote, to stop people from voting where they’re not supposed to," Whitmire wrote. "In 2018, his vote did count — only in a state where he says his taxes show he no longer lived as a 'resident citizen.'"
"The tax records show that Tuberville moved to the Auburn house that August," Whitmire wrote. "But Florida election records show he and his wife, Suzanne, voted in Florida that November, three months after the income taxes say he became an Alabama resident. That’s also after the homestead exemption."

Voter fraud maven Jak Posobiec does the voter fraud

Lives in Maryland, votes in Pennsylvania using his parents' address

The 40-year-old Posobiec has voted in Pennsylvania elections from 2004 to 2024, both in person and by mail, according to a copy of his voting record viewed by Slate and the Handbasket. Until 2016, Posobiec used military and civilian overseas ballots. After resigning from his job as a Navy Reserve intelligence officer in 2017, he remained in Maryland while becoming a full-time influencer and political activist with groups such as Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA. He continued voting in Pennsylvania via absentee ballots and, later, in-person on-demand mail voting, using his parents’ home address in 2018, 2022, and 2024, according to an official copy of his voter information file from Montgomery County obtained through a right-to-know request.
In a 2017 divorce complaint from his first wife, Posobiec listed a Maryland apartment as his address. Both he and his current wife, Tanya, have posted on their personal social media accounts photos of the suburban Maryland home they appear to have resided in since 2018. Tanya often calls the house “home”—at least five times, according to our review—and shows many milestones of family life there. She also lists her location as the District of Columbia on Facebook and enrolls in family crafts and lessons in the area, according to her social media posts. She registered to vote at their Maryland address on Election Day 2020. (Posobiec voted that year in person in Pennsylvania.)

Perhaps most damningly, Posobiec listed a Maryland address—the same one he and his wife show in social media posts—more than a dozen times in his 2024 political contributions, according to Federal Election Commission filings.

Some of those contributions (which, again, listed Maryland as his home address) were made on Oct. 27, 2024. Exactly two weeks earlier, Posobiec posted a photo on X featuring a Pennsylvania ballot and captioned: “SECURED THE BAG. Just stopped by the county voting board and did the deed—easy and even open on Sunday! Vote Early, Pennsylvania!” His voting record shows that he voted by hand-delivered mail-in ballot that day.
