I just started watching games w/my friend. But I was wondering why it's a big win if the only way to do it is to seriously injure the other team's best player. Isn't that cheating? How can that make you proud?

DAMN! Peter Vecesy said the Suns need to make an adjustment... "change the referreing crew... there's an adjustment!"

Oh, I get it: That's why the Spurs have won so many straight playoff games in Phoenix; it's the officiating. That's why the reason why the Spurs win the majority of the games between these two teams.

That's okay... let these Spurts fans have their moment. Just like Dallas won a few games by getting BD and SJackson out of the games. Phoenix will rise from the ashes!

I've seen it work on nastier cuts than that in boxing matches. Usually the cuts are around the eye, though. A decent cutman can almost always get the bleeding stopped within 60 seconds.
Yeah...the Suns need to hire a good cutman, then...but I think the nose is much harder to stop than the forehead or eyebrow...it's a convoluted surface. Nash may have cut a vein in his nose..he was really bleeding. If this were a boxing match, the ref would've stopped the fight...he had blood in his eye...that's a TKO in the making.

Right; the fact that Nash initiated the contact by leaning in obviously is not relevant to you. Clearly, you are simply an unbiased, inexperienced novice who just has an honest question.

The fact that the Spurs own the Suns (7 of the last 9 games ) is not germane to the discussion either.

If this series is to be compe ive, Phoenix absolutely must get game 2. But then again, they absolutely had to get game 3 in 05 and they couldn't come close.

With Denver and Phoenix, this sure does look similar. The difference is that this year, Tim's ankles are good and we didn't have to mess with a physical Sonics team.

. We lost because of the calls. Nash was out so we lost. . THose calls really hurt the complexion of the game. . DASANI dasani. Moaon moan. . I thought my players were fouled.
He should take a lesson from his point guard about professionalism and sportsmanship.

Peter Vescey says that the Spurs are a bunch of floppers. Of course, since he's on the NBA network, the laugh's on him.
Vescey also laughed and said Parker doesn't know what he's talking about. Parker explained how he stole the ball after a Marion pick and roll and took the ball up court before he and Nash clashed. Vescey thought Parker was saying that he got injured on the Marion pick and roll.

ing Vescey was laughing and wasting time with this.

Note to everyone, Amare is not athletic enough to match up with Duncan anymore. Doesn't matter if Amare is a better player, because it was the athleticism that allowed him to trouble Duncan. Duncan is going to own Amare this series.

Peter Vescey's a bigger joke than the Phoenix Suns.

Spurs vs Steve Nash Suns: 12-4

Maybe they should think about playing some defense for once.
