every time manu's in the game, oberto should be too. those two just play really well together.
Thank you ; very classy![]()

Rare? RARE? The man is a , non stop all game, every game.
Uh, wrong...San Antonio Spurs 2007 NBA Champions!!!
welcome then
He doesn't usually whine - you obviously didn't watch NBA TV in 05 or last year. I kept wanting him to come out and pull a "bear hug" type BS comment like Avery with all the flopping Dirk was doing in the WCF, but he never did.
A reaction like this means he's pretty fed up.
And Suns never get cheap fouls. Damn you're right. Shut up man.
Now answer this.
Holding duncan every play is allowed? Poking Manu's eye is allowed? Shoving Manu into the crowd (leading to a fast break basket for Suns) is allowed? Raja bell fouling Manu on every position is allowed?
STFU. When Bruce guards Nash there is contact, yes. Maybe in strict interpretation of the rules a lot of them are fouls. But Raja bell does the same with Manu. So things cancel out there. No how about TD??? Who cancels out all those no-calls??????? I'm not even going to mention Parker because TD is enough to put the balance in Suns favour. TD gets held EVERY TIME. Watch the tape. EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!!
In game, he gets upset.. everyone knows and sees this. In press conferences, he's usually much more reserved and points out the faults of his own team.
Don't act like you know anything about this subject... I even brought it up last year in the PO's against Dallas. I kept wanting him to call out those pussy Mavs but he never did.
Spurs were lucky to win this game. We make our nine missed freethrows and we win. You aren't going to have Nash shoot that poorly again and with Amare on the bench because of bad foul calls and outrebounding us and your team barely beat us by seven.![]()
Who taught Nash and Dirk that little push off before they shoot? Must have been Nellie.
Must be that Argentinian thing...
I still think the dirtiest play I've seen in the playoffs this season was when Nash kicked Kobe in the groin when he was driving for a layup and Kobe was going up for the block.
Suns win - great officiating - D'Antoni sucks on his thumb and is quiet
Spurs win - horrible officiating - D'Antoni es all game and whines after the game
See a trend there?
If, if, if . . .

IF the Spurs and Pistons meet each other in the Finals. Ginobili will be the key for the Spurs, he just seems a lot worse than he was in 05 when the Pistons lost...![]()

Game four calls for the return of SPURTACUS!! We need that place loud on Monday.
From what I've seen so far this series, he's been frustrated and fed-up since tip-off Game 1. It could be something very simple: he can't figure out a way to beat the Spurs. When that happens people have a tendency to focus on something that they think is out of their control (in this case the refs).
Watching the game (and this entire playoffs) there have been some bad calls all around, it's not isolated to just one team.
The refs aren't why Amare missed two easy dunks in the 4th, or why Nash finished 6/17 shooting.
That and $1.50 will get you a cup of coffee...Game 4 is gonna be a BLOWOUT...Spurs by 20+...BOOK IT!!!
Lol at Tim.... some reporter asked him if this is one of the most physical series he's played, and he's like, "Not even close..."
That's how you talk trash Amare.
Read my other posts - Manu call was a bad non-call. Duncan moves/pushes on every screen/roll and never gets whistled for it. That is something I accept - and he does not get held every play, buddy - nice job being a homer.
All I said was on those specific replays they showed where Nash (who rarely gets upset) got really pissed, Bowen had clearly fouled him. When do you see Duncan complaining like so? He doesn't because he knows that he wants the same kind of leeway in contact on the other end. And he also knows that he's respected enough to get to the line.... which he does... and he hit those FTs this game, which was big for him.
Bowen was a lot more physical this game than he was in the first two and Nash had to take a half to adjust. What is so wrong with saying that? They FINALLY called a block on him with 3 mins left in the 4th and you're trying to say that there were way too many non-calls on Duncan? Please, buddy - you're watching the wrong game.... I know when Thomas fouls Duncan and I know when Amare does... I admit they make dumb plays when they try to slap him and they should just let him attempt the shot. It pisses me off that they hit him so much and give the refs a chance to make the calls. This doesn't mean that TD is a saint on the other end. He's pushed Nash in the back on at least 4 layup attempts in this series and you act like that's "normal contact"? Give a little credit jackass.
P.S. Manu was not pushed out of bounds... his momentum/flop carried him out.
It's all true![]()
The moving screen is run every play by the Suns.
Exactly - but you're using those stats to your advantage. How about the fact that Amare played only 20 mins? The refs are the reason that happened.
Nash getting slapped as he goes in for easy layups can contribute to his 6/17, but are not the sole reason. He didn't turn it up until the 2nd half and that cost them a little, but not a whole lot.
The team missed too many FTs, gave up too many 2nd chance opportunities and Amare should have let Duncan dunk that ball when he had 4 fouls.
