Not the least bit surprised. I was warning the forum about this before the series tbh.
The refs are clearly ing us dude. There comes a point when there's nothing you can do to win if the officiating is that biased. You not only have to play to win, you have to play well above what you normally should have to and would have to if the calls were actually not biased.
That's why we haven't been able to win. No matter what happens, SA just magically can't get a run going because calls will stop it. OKC can never go too cold because calls will start up to give them free throws. If SA starts getting shots to go in, OKC suddenly "can't foul" anymore. The deck is stacked against SA. The only way to win is just to shoot 60%. That's it. Refs won't go WAY overboard fixing it, they will only try to fix it to a certain degree so they can argue that it's not a fix, so 60% shooting will still win games. Otherwise, we won't win due to calls being just enough in favor of OKC to tilt the game 60/40 in their favor.
