Amare played 20 minutes because he committed obvious fouls and is a baby crier.
The Suns got the lion's share of bad calls

I was giving you some credit for your posts until you said this.
You are a ing jackass.
No, it isn't. Stop reading Bill Simmons columns from two years ago and enter 2007.
I implore you to watch the Duncan S/Rs in the 4th quarter of Game 4 very closely and see if you can identify his little push/movement he gives in order to allow Parker to turn the corner.
I've accepted it as something he will get away with, but I have not accepted that Bruce Bowen can get away with knees to the groin just yet.
Something about the pot and kettle being black... you're a huge homer as well who speaks in ridiculous absolutes in the 1st sentence and tells someone else not to speak in absolutes in the 2nd. No credibility for you.
They didn't even show a replay!!! It happened on the far side of the court with a ton of bodies heading in that direction. There is no conclusive evidence either way that he was pushed or that he flopped!! Give it up that Manu is getting screwed by the refs when he misses a point blank layup and gets a late call because he complains.
Naaah...you can keep dreaming...of the le the SPURS are going to win!![]()
D'antoni had every right to be pissed after this game
I don't blame him
I will accept a little bit of this comment since you obviously know something about being black, Kevin. However, the Suns have cleaned up a lot of their moving screens because they've been flagged for it last year and this year. Duncan doesn't move laterally like the Suns will... he just gives a light shove in the back of the defender to move them out of position against Parker. I'm not being hypocritical at all. I would prefer some conclusive evidence that the Suns are moving on S/Rs while I have provided great detail on how Duncan pulls it off.
duncan and manu's press conferences were all about the black eye manu received. they were funny, as duncan, pop and manu himself all admitted that the bruise actually helped straighten his shot
on a side note, does it bother anyone else that so many tv journalists and broacasters use the word 'obviously' way too much? it's like they use it before saying any stat these days.
I predict that Raja Bell will get ejected trying in man up and will be watched closely.

Seems like RonMexico is starting to morph into D'Antonio.

and all is right in the world.........![]()
I've seen a ton of that exact same pushoff you state Duncan gives run by the Suns to give Nash clearance. , in game 2, KT set a pick, then took two huge steps in front of Bowen on the right side of the 3 point line to free Nash.
I'm not saying the Spurs are innocent. But the Suns definitely do some of the same junk you're trying to pin on San Antonio.
If you want evidence of moving pick-and-rolls, take a look at Thomas. He didn't just "shove" people...he walked right through them.
once again, the suns did get hosed by the refs, BUT the spurs genuinely outplayed them for the latter of half of quarter #2 as well as qtrs 3 and most of 4
I agree with your fourth sentence. If we had made our nine missed free throws we would have won.![]()
You actually agree that the Suns got hosed by the refs? Amazing!
If you are mainly upset about Amare his 5th foul was all his fault. He needed to let Duncan go on that dunk attempt, it was stupid to try and block it with 4 fouls on him. I saw Tim and Manu getting hacked plenty out there and there were no calls.
Yep. Just like every playoff game the Spurs have won since 1999, they couldn't have done it without the refs.![]()
Nash talking on NBATV. He has the only balls on the Suns. D'Antoni, the little whiny , should listen to the guy who's kept him in the league.
Marion was pretty solid tonight, but yeah, Nash is the guy who swings lowest on that team fer shure.
I agree that his first and fifth foul were valid, but not the others. How about when Horry pulled Amare down on one play, yes he got called for the foul but those kind of plays are not called for. I wouldn't be too proud of winning by seven when Nash couldn't buy a basket and Amare barely plays the whole game. Suns beat the Spurs by twenty. This game could have gone either way tonight but not game two.
