But no where in APDs league. You need to be extremely into excessive force to be a cop here, I think its a requirement on the application.

LOL it used to be. It has been ok recently but for a while there you always heard about something. When I first moved up here I NEVER saw cops, which was amazing considering its low crime rate. Now they are all over.

Officer Found Rubbing One out in Cruiser
One of Baltimore City police officers indicted Friday on public indecency charges turned himself in the same night.
A city grand jury indicted Officers Florige, 29 on six counts of raping himself in his cruiser.
WBAL-TV 11 News has learned that Florige turned himself in Friday evening after his nightly rubbing one out session while crashing redtube. The whereabouts of his after product remain unknown.
A judge issued arrest warrants Friday for the officer, requiring him to surrender immediately and face bail in the amount of $100,000.
The indictment follow an independent grand jury investigation during which grand jurors heard testimony from witnesses.
WBAL-TV 11 News reported the testimony revealed
