Simmons has what I call "bird's eye view." He has the ability to see plays developing before anyone else. Always under control in the PnR waiting for a lane to open.

If this guy has a little Port Arthur TX hood streak in him, and cuts back on his turnovers, we got the best backup 3rd string SG in the league
watching him it's hard to tell if he is left or right handed. Has he always had that or developed it later? I know this has been discovered before- but really odd to see such a late bloomer at the wing position.
With his hops... and being ambidextrous... he's going to be very hard to cover!
He's got still a whole summer to work on his game, this guy is going to be very dangerous!
I have a serious summer man crush going on with this nicca. Its a summer fling right now. But I hope it could turn into a serious man crush over a couple of yrs.
This is currently my favorite player. He's a rich man's Lance Stephenson.
By no means am I saying he is on the same level as Wade, but the more I watch Simmons, the more his athletic penetrating ability reminds me of prime Wades. He has very similar long, athletic strides and utilizes a euro step much like prime Wade. Not to mention, his dunks are very similar as well.
Really impressed By Simmons thus far.
Loved his passing in the first half when ATL trapped him in PNRs early. Showed poise and always made the right pass to weak side corner three.
He has potentially to make a bigger impact than Belinelli did the past two years -- especially if Chip improves his stroke.
