I really don't get what Pop is trying to do by letting Mavs shooters get wide open looks.

Tony needs to score 40+ for us to win
What irritated me was when Kidd collapsed off Udoka and Ime still tries to force feed the ball into a double team rather than take the shot. They won't even have to guard Udoka I guess, he was wide open by 10 feet for the three. Of course the force feed led to a steal by kid.
The fact that Pop needed to put Parker back in the game to end the ST says a lot about this team.
1st QT main problems:
- no offense without TP
- no defense without Bowen, especiallt with Mason, Finley.
- REBOUNDS. we're ed on the boards.

We don't have the resources to change it dramatically, unless you mean bringing in several young, cheap talents (Williams, Hairston, Gist, Mahinmi) and giving them enough minutes to develop while playing through mistakes. How do you think Pop would feel about that?
