Jesus Christ, you think the tea party people are racist too, for the most part. A few bad seeds and you spring out with watermelons, monkey references, birthers and secret societies to simply say its foolish to label the entire tea party movement racist.

On top of that, refering to him as a Muslim has nothing to do with racism, but the past ties he has, his middle name, and the appearance because of current Jihad activities. It's a poke at him, but not a racist poke. The fact that people recoil when you use his middle name makes it even more fun to do so.
