Mexico vs Costa Rica today. Biggest game of tournament so far. Mexico should rest some players, tbh... oh wait we have no bench

If the US played them we'd get maybe 2 goals.

But we'd have at least a half dozen shots from 4 yards out go over the crossbar

Buddle would have been standing at midfield. Gomez would have headed it in (cus he's short... get it...)

Jesus Christ and no angle on the 3rd goal. This is like the complete opposite of the way the US played yesterday.

    Guardado looking amazing.

The only good news I can think of is that it will be really unlikely for the US to finish 3rd in the group and the brackets are set up so that would be the only way to go against Mexico before the final.

So, we have plenty of opportunities to lose in embarassing fashion before Mexico is forced to embarass us.

    Too easy sons.

So is USA midfield still far superior than Mexico's?

Chicharito had way too many opportunities to not get a goal.. he seemed to be aiming at the keeper each time.

They played a bad 2nd half.
