16 eggs
8 bananas
8 bowls of Total
4 boxes of raisins
8 teaspoons of honey
that is still a ridiculously low amount. You keep posting that as if it's going to get less ridiculous over time. You eat that little, workout, and still weigh 280? Bull .

so in four days you consume 268.8 g of protein not counting the protein you'd need to lose to build after your "workouts" you'd need at least (and this is being liberal) 250 g a day to stay at 280

I 've been lifting since I was 15, in some pictures I took of my garage there are the weights. While I'm not Mr. Olympia I'm in great shape and muscular. How am I maintaining 275-280 with that diet?

That's from the link YOU posted.I do believe that eating more throughout the day (of the right foods) keeps you fueled for exercise as well as keeping you functioning in general. Besides, how can you get all of the vitamins and nutrients you need from one meal a day? Supplements are fine but they are to supplement - not replace food as your main source of nutrition. I just thought I'd bring this up again since the topic continues to generate comments on the post.

fasting like that would make being 280 of mostly muscle difficult for a couple of reasons. first of all, eating once forces your body to learn to store the energy as fat, knowing it may have to go a while before eating again. it's been proven to slow your metabolism in this way. secondly, while your body is storing fat, it is also missing out on the proper protein and nutrition to maintain muscle so that will be rapidly wasting away to be converted into energy in place of food. pretty soon with that diet even ronnie coleman would slowly melt into a puddle of lard.
