glorified doesn't mean "better version of" tbh... it just means overhyped. hester never panned as a wide receiver. desean jackson is a legit wide receiver and one of the better deep threats in the league. i dont think he's elite but he's exactly what oakland needs
I don't get the timing for calling him overrated. Last year was maybe his best year yet and he did it in ways other than the deep ball.

Apparently we signed Ryan Clark also today. Good stop gap for a year or two. It will allow us to target BPA in the draft as there is no gaping ing hole but rather just depth issues and small holes
Snyder has also been out of the negotiation room all FA so we will see if that continues...

guy who posted this is a mod on raiderfans.net, and a lot of the guys on that site actually have ok sources.... green arrow he mentions is a special icon people throw on their posts only if its insider information. the site admin posted that the raiders are signing MJD on march 27 at 7pm, and schefter tweeted on the 28th that "they're nearing a deal." the info on the site doesn't come in huge waves, but its typically accurate
