    Because you dump the Africans, Asians, Middle Eastern & OFC teams. Replace Concacaf with superior teams and Conmebol with equal if not superior squads

    Essentially, of the Top 24 teams in the World. Atleast 18 are European.

    At the World Cup, only 13 of the 32 teams are European.
