Well, Navas will be the best goal keeper of the tournament. No matter what happens in the last games. He has been outstanding, unreached.

Kudos to Costa Rica. They've played against Uruguay, Italy, England, Greece and Holland and haven't lost in regulation or extra time.

Eh... It sucks we lost but I got what I wanted, a good, compe ive game and we put ourselves to win with penaldos but it wasn't enough in the end. Like ElNono said, hopefully this whole run is something that we can build for the future and not a one time thing where we disappear into obscurity. I'm happy about everything.

And Navas gave me a parting gift by giving me 30 points as I made him my captain.

They played too conservative and when you play like that you lose. They did not attack offensively, played for the penalty kicks and then choked to the better team and lost anyways. If you play for penalties you better win. Every team that tried to win with defense lost in the knockout rounds, all the better teams who attacked advanced.

Netherlands have an impressive 1 thru 4 in Penalties. Even Kuyt has balls of steal. Not the best strategy against them but Costa Rica had no other choice. They almost stole it at the end like USA did in regulation but the better team Won and deserved it

Upsets are fun and perfect in the le Game but as a neutral fan of Argentina/Holland, I want to see the best teams play

    Van Persy

one of the most overrated players in recent history

and ing HGH-PCP Robben running wild. How FIFA doesn't test him for drugs after seeing him running for 120 minutes straight is beyond me

was still running like he was 100% even at the end of the 2nd extra time. not to mention the diving. was still diving and doing 100 cartrolls after evey fall. He'd Make C3P0 a proud papa tbh

DRUG TEST THAT MOTHER ER FIFA. OR DO THE HOLLANDAISE ROYAL FAMILY NOT WANT YOU TO?????

there is precedent btw on Netherlands, the royal family and PEs:

Netherlands captain Giovanni Van Bronckhorst has revealed that he will refuse to do a drugs test if his country win the World Cup.

Van Bronckhorst, now 35-years-old, is set to retire from football after tomorrow’s final and says that doing a drugs test after the semi-final with Uruguay meant that he missed the post-match celebrations in the dressing room.

    So said the veteran full-back;

“I am not doing the dope test. This is my last game and last time I came off the pitch, I was left isolated and I missed the party.

That was a shame. It took one hour and 15 minutes but luckily I got permission to go to the locker room when Prince Willem-Alexander and Princess Maxima [of the Dutch royal family] were there.”

no bull , in his goal to Spain the set a land speed record:

Arjen Robben yesterday was one of the stars on the field at Orange, with two important goals against Spain. But with his second goal, he also set a speed record down.
With its course of action, taking on foolproof way he left Sergio Ramos behind him, he pulled out a top speed of 37 kilometers per hour. In comparison Ramos took "only" 30.6 miles per hour. Converted Robben had run the 100 meters in a time of 10.28 seconds.

more proof Robben has been doing PEDs tails for years:

Robben did not make his compe ive debut for Chelsea until November 2004, as he was injured in a pre-season friendly match against Roma, breaking a metatarsal bone in his right foot in a challenge from Olivier Dacourt.[4] During this time, he told club doctors that he had noticed an unfamiliar growth on one of his testicles. The medical team quickly did tests to check for testicular cancer, but he was subsequently given the all clear.[16]

guess who else developed testicular cancer?
