Doesn't really matter. That was a hard throw.
It was a chuck-and-pray fluke that doesn't work against NFL defenses.

QB's become relevant based solely off arm strength.
Yep, that explains why Joe Montana, Bart Starr, and Chad Pennington were busts, while JaMarcus Russell and Jeff George had great, successful careers.

Daunte Culpepper, Donavan McNabb, Big Ben, Brees

But those players that were accurate with no arm strength like David Carr, Tony Romo, etc were so great

Not saying all strong-armed quarterbacks are busts, but arm strength alone does not guarantee a successful career. BTW, Culpepper had one great season (2004) and fell off immediately after that.

On what planet is Romo a bust? I don't even like Romo, but your takes are blindingly re ed.

Look man, if you cannot lead your team past 9 wins consistently and make the playoffs more than once on a big name team like Dallas, I consider you a bust.

And considering the QB's that Dallas has had that were successful.. he's a bust.

    okay if you say so

Romo, the great QB, the savior, could not lead his team to 2 playoff wins his whole career. While how many QB's single-handily took their garbage D's to the SB?

God, I hope we make the playoffs and get Dallas. So ing bad. The easiest win we will ever have.

in order of importance: arm strength, vision, accuracy. Pretty much this imo, a qb that does not have one of those abilities, cannot be a good qb.

i said he's reliant on the offense creating movement. bootlegs, rollouts, read options. he's been predictably horrible when asked to drop back and throw it. i thought they'd cover his flaws better

i've been consistently down on Manziel since before the draft
Its just funny that you act like you knew everything all along. When in reality you not only said some positive things after the Bills game but posted that you expected him to have early success.

So Newton is a bust by your logic, since he's had only one winning season/playoff appearance and no playoff wins. Good to see you're finally admitting it.

And considering the QB's that Dallas has had that were successful.. he's a bust.
How is that relevant? Between Aikman and Romo, they had guys like Quincy Carter, Anthony Wright, Ryan Leaf, Clint Stoerner, Chad Hutchinson, and the washed-up fossils of Testaverde and Bledsoe starting for them. Seems like Romo was a pretty big upgrade.
