    Innocent until proven guilty.
Thanks for giving us a legal term. There's no requirement for it to apply to people's opinions, and Boozer didn't commit a crime. He just backed out on a verbal agreement for more money. He's allowed to do it, but it still makes him a ing s bag.

You're correct. Cavs had a team option on Boozer for $695K but did't pick it up (and thus making an unrestricted free agent) with the understanding (per the Cavs) that Boozer would sign for mid-level exception. Boozer never explained what would have made the Cavs do that, so no one really knows. Everything else is all cir stantial conjecture.
Haha so the Cavs could have had him for cheap but passed on that option to throw even more money at him BUT there was no prior agreement.

Guys, I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell...

Anyone can judge him in the court of public opinion. It isn't like a normal courtroom where you are innocent until proven guilty. You probably also believe Bonds never did steroids.
Wonderful. Good old witch hunt based upon scant or cir stantial evidence. You can have su ions. That's fair. But honestly it's classless and uncivilized to publicly declare "well I think he's guilty" with so little to go on, because if he is innocent you just harmed an innocent man. Good for you. There was a time people would be shunned for that crap.

Haha, Cuban would never let Dirk sign with the Spurs or any West team. Cleveland is likely or Miami, Bulls if he wants a trade and they tank he's Eastern conference bound.

No way I'd do David West like that.
    Not talking about West ...

I'm talking about Cuban cutting Dirk and signing Dirk.

That assessment is flawed as you cannot prove he agreed to Cavs CBA tampering.

Sure you can judge but you have no logical leg to stand on.

This isn't funny at all, I mean this could be really bad. Cuban has said he's tanking if the Mavs lose out on Jordan. Dirk obviously isn't down to tank, and Cleveland has Brenda's contract to help Cuban with his tank. You gotta think Cuban would send Dirk to a contender as a thank you for taking that big paycut. Cleveland with Dirk ing Nowitzki off the bench?
It's a house of cards. If DJ backs out, then every other subsequent commitment by the Mavs needs to be revisited. If I signed with the Mavs thinking they had DJ locked up and that made them a contender I'd be on the phone with my agent ASAMFP.

West came here to be the third or fourth big, not the fourth or fifth. What a lack of respect that would show for someone who just turned down a boatload of money to come here.

Why would lawyers get involved? Jordan never signed anything.
Isn't his verbal and public commitment to the Mavs just as good?
