What I want to know is how long is it going to be before some man identifies as a woman and say, wants to play on the women's tennis tour. Wouldn't that be a sight to see - maybe a matchup with Serena. Actually, Renee Richards did it in his/her 40s. There are specific rules governing transgender athletes for the IOC and other sports bodies. It's usually more difficult for transgender women to excel in sports than for other women.

As far as the financial aspects, the inability to get an erection is a normal result of hormone treatments. I don't think a clothing deal is going to make that worth it for someone who's already rich. People don't do this unless they need to.
