If that counts as young then sign Butler immediately, he can nurture and teach the ropes to Patty, Boban, Simmons, Jimmer, and other players who have been in professional basketball for over half a decade. Simmons is not really experienced in the NBA and has no experience in Europe,so yeah I'd say he can be seen as "young"
McCallum is at his third year in the NBA (and the previous two were in a organization) and he's just 24,so I'd call him young too
