There's a difference between welching in real life, welching in Vegas, and e-welching. The third is obviously the most benign and doesn't hold a lick of consideration among complete unidentified strangers. The first may hold consideration if there is various proof, but is more likely to be blown off at the cost of the welcher's dignity. The middle one, of course, will likely get you beat up by big lugs that work for the corrupt casino owners and plausibly thrown out of Vegas as well.
