I'm sorry, but aren't the Spurs the best-looking, most dominant 0-5 team you've ever seen?

Saras went 0-6 but most of his shots were 3-pt. attempts. His value to the team didn't come from shooting. His passing in their high screen/roll spread offense was very good. Now, the Spurs had trouble defending that play all night but most of the trouble was based on the Spurs' Bigs' lack of quickness in defending the man rolling to the basket. The Pacers ran it over and over, occasionally changing it up with one pass to the other wing to move the defense and then hitting the roller cutting back-door. The only help came from the men defending the corners.

Saras has size to pass over smaller PGs (6'4"), is a seasoned vet and knows how to play. He's streaky hot, so when his shot is on, he will be that much more valuable to the Pacers.

Finley still thinks he's competing with Antoine Walker for the jacked-up threes record.
I'm curious to why you said this unless I've mistaken what jacked up really means? He only had 2 (3pt) shots last night and he's 5th on the team in overall attempts. Here's the list with minutes included:

    Manu, 6-16 (73 min)
    Barry, 4-14 (63 min)
    Horry, 3-13 (67 min)
    NVE, 4-10 (76 min)
    Finley, 2-9 (76 min)
    Bowen, 1-7 (50 min)
    Udrih, 3-7 (68 min)

Robert had a 3 air ball, and another 3 off the glass.
The announcers were kind, saying Robert just needs more time.

It's clear that Pop has a problem trying to get everyone enough minutes to sharpen up their game and get this loaded team ready to play by the opener.

Contrary to what some believe, I expect the team to start slowly with some early season troubles and losses until things settle down, everyone gets their shot groove down. and the new guys learn the ropes.

Man, this Pacer's team has scary depth+talent. Maybe the deepest team since the inception of the salary cap. Bender and Granger absolutely dominated. Bender is almost unstoppable when he's on a roll - 7'1" 245 lb. with phenomonal leaping ability and a great shooting touch. Almost impossible to defend that. I just wonder how good he'd be if he hadn't been so injured throughout his career?

Dominating Sean Marks and a pre-season Robert Horry and Diplodicus Mohammed during Ramadan isn't exactly a statement.

You can show me all the stats you want, I thought his shot selection was poor, which is what I mean when I say "jacked up", and there isn't really a statistic for that. However, the entire flow of the team is terrible, so he fits right in. When he continues to do that in the regular season it'll be more obvious.
