This team is ultimate dr jeckyl mr hyde type of team. I am beginning to believe that they can truly compete with anyone. But it's all dependent on what spurs team shows up.

There a legit things White doesn't seem able to do now. He's been very active on defense, but his offensive consistency is a problem. Acting like that doesn't hurt his playability is a recipe for confusion.

The thing is that White has proven to do a lot of those things he doesn't seem to be able to do on the NBA, on the G-league.

I know folks will say: "key Word: G-league" but the difference between the NBA and the G-league is more on offense than defense. There isn't a shortage of athletic guys that can run fast, jump high and give effort on the G-league.

Also, there are things that translate directly from one league to the other: a step back three isn't that much more difficult on the NBA than on the G-league, neither is finishing on traffic, and much less of all it is making an open jumper. White has proven the ability to do all those things (to give you an example, a guy like Murray didn't prove that. Not even on the G-league). White's isn't a problem of talent. It is a problem of confidence.

I am starting to believe a bit more. We survived a tough December which is typically our hardest month of the year. We beat some real quality teams along the way too. But the Bulls game serves as a reminder that we can't out talent anyone anymore, there is no room for any real error or bad play. In the past we could make up a bad offensive night with amazing defense but those days are gone.
