His hair is stupid. Maybe he should get serious about his life and shave that .
Maybe he should stop his bizarre love triangle w/ his dog on insta and work on his game

Orlando's incompetence is their development program. Fortunately, that isn't a problem here. In year one, Kawhi literally couldn't do anything except stand in the corner. It wasn't the Spurs holding him back. He had zero handles, worse than Danny Green's worst day. He had no idea how to move off the ball. He had no rocker step. He had nothing.
Thats very genourous of you to give credit to the Spurs for the hard work Kawhi put in on his own game. Everyone knows kawhi is a gym rat but he came in playing stiff defense. Walker is terrible all around. The Spurs have their work cut out for them on this project.

No, I understand that Kawhi put in the work. He wasn't in the gym alone, though.

The truth is, with another team, they may not have pushed him to be more. The Spurs have their 'vitamin' program to improve their players. You pick a 'vitamin' or have one assigned. You work on it one on one with the development coach. When you start 'getting it', you are allowed to use it in practice. Only when you can consistently succeed in practice are you allowed to use it in a game. There are teams who don't have great development programs. If Kawhi had landed on one of those teams, he could easily have turned out to be MKG.

I cant believe people here believe a mid round pick is a bust , when we are barely at the halfway point of his first season. Expectations are placed too high on him. He is not coming in after playing a full season or two in college. He played half a year, is learning a complex system and culture. He will be find. He is not injury prone, he has had injuries plain and simple. It happens. Let him sit in the gleague, play summer league. In two years he will be averaging 20 pts a game. Winning most improved player. GUARANTEED!!!

I just looked at the 2016 draft where we got Murray (#29). Look at the picks that have been waived by teams.

    Wade Baldwin - #16
    Henry Ellenson - #17

This doesn't even count the other picks who are scoring under 3 points a game!

So, let's be real about the value of draft picks.
