I thought they would overrun the Kings, then Pop had to put Patty and Rudy that killed the momentum. I don’t know why Pop cannot roll with the player when they’re on a tear and has to make that mandatory sub on the dot. That killed the momentum
Part of that is the system. Pop has never liked three point shooting.
This team has no chance of winning any games where Rudy and Patty are stinking it up. You‘d think the young guys are inconsistent, but it’s actually the vets

I don't think a random guy off the street could try to play worse defense than Derozan. At least Mills hustles even though he's physically over matched.
It’s actually the run and gun that’s winning ballgames, and not the slow down half court offense. Sure every now and then Patty’s pnr works, as well as Rudy’s iso. But those should be spot shooting here and there. This team should be running
Halliburton and Vassell will both be very good in the future, but they are 2 different players. They will be good in their own ways, Spurs would have been good either way, they
chose the 3 and d guy...I will say though, Halliburtons rookie numbers are great, he can really shoot it...
DJ and Poeltl had to play great, just to be down. I just don’t know if they can sustain.
