Embiid is pouting hard this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see Vic go ape in that game.
Great wire to wire win, exactly what we needed.
Hoping Victor has held a deep seated grudge over Embiid’s 70 point game last year and comes out with a vengeance on Monday.

Cool to see Castle and Clingan chatting
Very satisfactory win.
Is Embiid playing? Id rather have a easy win without him tbh. I feel a stinker for us in Christmas day vs NY
Got completely dominated by Victor, but he seems like a cool guy.
He played the other day against CHA, but not today against CLE. So IDK
I do wonder if the Spurs would have taken Clingan if he had lasted until 8 - having him as a backup center and 48 minutes a night of elite rim protection would absolutely do wonders for this team. Drafting him is probably the smartest thing the blazers have done in the last 3 years
Side note: I believe Hawaii time remains undefeated this season. Thanks for thinking of me, LeBowen.
He landed in an absolute mess of a franchise. I think he'll be a great player but the Blazers are just awful top-to-bottom.
The ing Twolves couldn’t take care of business. Warriors gonna win.
Philly has a top 6 protected going to OK next draft so who knows what they going to do.
its funny that guy go toe to toe with wemby on that exhibition game in vegas when they we’re entering the NBA, i really thought he’s goung to be a superstar point guard but i was badly wrong.lmao
Glad to see Wemby not put again in the game so he can chase the triple double..Stupid injuries happening in such situation would be the most unforgivable error in Spurs dictionary. Mitch Johnson is most aware of this...
I'll try to start game threads until we lose, maybe there's something to it.
Actually a minny loss still helps us.. Cmon Detroit!
Yep, Spurs move up to 9th with a Suns loss.
Lets us pass the Wolves in the standings tho (i think?)
He might pan out eventually. Doesn't look like it right now tho
JFC he is bad statistically and even worse on advanced stats. I know he's young but ouch. Still think he'll carve out a decent career just on his size and athleticism but guessing Lou Williams is probably his ceiling now when was projected to be more Derrick Rose or Westbrook. I remember watching those two games against Victor and drooling at the thought of getting him #2 had they not won the lottery. Bet the board would have flipped out to if the Spurs had the #2 pick and took Amen Thompson over Scoot, but that dude is ing legit.
I wanted him at 8
