Do you have the video from which this was grabbed, Winehole? I've heard what happened and context matters. I'll see if I can find it.
It's all part of the dehumanization machine. They'll talk themselves into murdering more US citizens.

The context is that weapon is not meant to be fired into a person's face at point-blank range and the secret police broke every regulation regarding this weapon.
We understand you need to be told what to say because you can't immediately be a logical apologist for the secret police here.
Yeah looks to me from the picture the agent fired in self defense!!
firing that weapon at that range is reckless, whatever the supposed provocation
ICE nazi walked in front of the vehicle against any and all training (if he had any) and was never hit.
Voluntary manslaughter
or
Murder
Are the only two outcomes.
I'd still like to see the video.
Meanwhile...
ICE agent who opened fire on Renee Good was dragged, hospitalized by illegal migrant driver last year
I'll bet your media sources aren't telling you her role as a "legal observer" is drawn from her paid employment at the Soros-funded National Lawyers Guild. She was basically sent out to disrupt ICE Operations as a "legal observer."
ing Democrats are losing their touch at developing narratives.
The ICE Officer had just exited his patrol vehicle - parked on the passenger side of the vehicle - and was crossing in front of the suspect's vehicle (while it was in reverse) in an attempt to assist the officer trying to extract Good from the vehicle - after 4 verbal commands to do so voluntarily.
If someone "allegedly" drags you in their car and you live to have the opportunity to approach another "suspect" and you approach the vehicle from the front...
im pretty sure the wrong person died and the murderer will have plenty of time in a cage to examine where this stupidity to approach vehicles and stand in front of a "suspects" vehicle- came from.
NO NO, KARATE IS DEADLY FORCE! CLEARLY SELF DEFENSE!
The murderer will have years and years in a cage to ponder ^ that!
Voluntary manslaughter with a great attorney...
Murder- with a ty attorney.
How would you have had him get to the other side of the vehicle to assist the other officer?
Noem is none too bright. Does MAGA have an allergy to professionalism?
(paywalled)https://www.startribune.com/ice-agen...fied/601560214Kristi Noem, herself, supplied the method used to ID the agent. She said he "been dragged by a vehicle” in an earlier incident.
@startribune.com
reporters, who know their way around court records, quickly unearthed his name and confirmed his iden y.
He wasn't assisting. He was making a TikTok.
pretty much nails it;

Timely
Judge Ellis in Chicago has unsealed the court transcripts from the Chicago Headline Club lawsuit against Noem and the DHS
i've found no link to that as yet, but the previous ruling by Judge Ellis is illuminating
That order has been stayed under appeal, but it's not an exaggeration to say at this point that DHS's lies and uncons utional use of force are already a matter of written judicial opinion
Inhttps://www.lawdork.com/p/ice-agent-...-ellis-opinionthe 233-page opinion backing up her earlier orders in the case, Ellis, an Obama appointee, noted throughout the opinion how often federal immigration agents were drawing guns in Illinois and ultimately concluded that “agents have used excessive force … without justification, often without warning, and even at those who had begun to comply with agents’ orders.“
In the November 20 opinion, Ellis found — in the case that led to Border Patrol official Gregory Bovino’s deposition — that the plaintiffs were likely to succeed in their claim that the Trump administration’s actions at the protests in front of the Broadview ICE facility outside Chicago and at other places in the area violated the First and Fourth Amendments.
Throughout the opinion — issued less than two months ago — Ellis highlighted how guns were being drawn repeatedly and in questionable-at-best cir stances in Chicago.
Here was one such example:
Here was another:
Ellis also detailed this encounter, which sounds notable in light of Wednesday’s fatal shooting:
Ultimately, Ellis found that the plaintiffs were likely to succeed in their claim that the Trump administration’s actions cons uted excessive force in violation of the Fourth Amendment:
“[T]he Court see little justification for the extent of the use of force that federal agents have used,” Ellis concluded on that front.
Ellis also found that the excessive force questions bled over into the First Amendment claims. Here, Ellis wrote, that “agents have used excessive force in response to protesters’ and journalists’ exercise of their First Amendment rights, without justification, often without warning, and even at those who had begun to comply with agents’ orders.“
That wasn’t all.
Earlier in her opinion, Ellis highlighted how President Donald Trump and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem had encouraged aggressive tactics in response to protests.
Ellis also highlighted the dearth of training given to ICE and other agents for operating as the Trump administration and Noem have demanded:
The day before Ellis issued her in-depth opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit issued a stay of Ellis’s preliminary injunction order, finding that it was overbroad in scope and was “too prescriptive” by setting specific standards for the use of force.
The three-judge panel that issued the stay consisted of Chief Judge Michael Brennan and Judge Michael Scudder, both Trump appointees, and Judge Frank Easterbrook, a Reagan appointee.
Notably, even that panel stated, “Do not overread today’s order.“
Highlighting the “voluminous and robust factual findings“ developed by Ellis, the panel noted that more tailored relief could be appropriate following the appeal that “directly addresses the First and Fourth Amendment claims raised by these plaintiffs.“

There is now a question over unsealing other materials in "bucket 3" of materials. See: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...![]()
Have to report this with facts and zero bull - as opposed to the complicit corporate media bowing to fascists;
DHS sending more troops to quell the unrest it caused in Minneapolis by killing someone
"The Department of Homeland Security plans to pause operations in Chicago — where Gregory Bovino, a Border Patrol official, has led controversial arrest efforts — to support the immigration enforcement operation in Minnesota."
the car was already moving away from the shooter when he fired the first time

Of course he won’t post the video of the man grabbing the agents weapon and holding it as it blows his attempted narrative out of the water. This is winehole’s Bluesky screenshot MO.

Why was the secret police assaulting him? Show the whole video!
Dude's a ing hoss just walking away from that.
I just got done telling Yoni you’re just a copy/paste blue sky bot and you immediately do it again
None of these stupid infographics with their nifty little highlights mean anything. You’re armchair quarterbacking a decision that was made in a split second and in trying to justify her actions have to try and break it down into milliseconds. It’s not that difficult. She purposely obstructed official government duties, she disobeyed multiple commands from government agents, then finally proceeded to accelerate in a 3000lb vehicle towards a government agent who was standing at her front bumper. Her intent doesn’t matter, her actions do. She made a series of terrible choices that cost her her life. The agent was 100% justified in shooting her once she accelerated towards him while he was in front of her suv.
Your bluesky screenshot shows he was clearly still in front of the vehicle when he fired the first shot. There is a bullet hole through her front windshield. For as much info you’ve tried to post here I’m surprised you haven’t posted the slow motion video of this same angle that shows both his feet sliding backwards on the ice before he fires the first shot. Has it not been reposted on blue sky yet or are you just purposely not reposting it because it means she did in fact hit him with her bumper? If it was icy and her tires actually gripped right away she have ran him over without a doubt.
He was 100% justified in shooting her and the law is on his side. Unfortunate for her son, wife, and family but she chose poorly that day.
She was driving away.
Just let her drive away and TSA doesn't have to do backflips justifying her murder.
Regulations say don't shoot at the driver of a moving car if you can get out of the way.
He got out of the way.
Regulations say don't shoot the driver because that does not stop the car.
The car did not stop after she was murdered.
She did not hit him. TSA is lying.
