I think that those in Unions would agree that the sum-benefits of being in a Union far surpass the negatives of being in one.
Well, not all. As I mentioned in my post, the union employees I dealt with would tell you quite the opposite. The union actually hurts them financially, and the bully scare tactics employed don't make them feel comfortable or secure. I'm sure not all unions are like this one, but it really makes me feel disgusted to see what some unions have evolved into. They were made to protect worker's rights from large companies trying to take advantage of their workers, and now some unions are just corrupt ins utions taking advantage of the common worker in the guise of helping them.
