For those of you with indoor eye irritants from the fire, here's a company that makes a damn good airfilter - it actually works for cigarrete smoke - it would probably work for this too.

True story - I thought my downstairs neighbor was smoking toxic cigarettes - it just smelled horrible in my apt. Bit the bullit and bought one of these, and it was so worth the money. The air almost smells sweet coming out of the unit. Turns out the horrible odor was coming from the neighbor below him who was cooking meth in the bathtub.
Anyway, the filter moves the air through three cleaning stages - a large particle pre-filter, a HEPA filter, and then 22 pounds of activated carbon for odor removal.

So we got home from vacation today and the mulch fire smell is stronger than ever.
It kills my lungs and sinuses.
Yes, I really enjoy sleeping with the windows and smelling the stench of smoke at 2 a.m.
It seems really bad during the night and early morning. They say it will be out in 2 weeks. I'm not holding my breath. Or maybe I will still need too

Whatever. I think today is the worst it's ever been. There's a smokey haze through the 'hood.
It has been killing me since night before last. I have a major headache today to the point it's almost making me throw up.
They really need to put this crap out. I don't know if the rest of the city realizes how disgusting it is, but it's really bad.
My friend's daughter said all the classrooms at O'C smell like smoke.
It is disgusting and I'm tired of it.
