How can you not fear a team that blows out both the mavs and suns. They were a bad matchup for us before they got this good.

You're talking about a 2-time MVP (back to back) and the main ingredient of 3 championship teams, son![]()

Funny...this little surge by the Suns might get D'Antoni thinking they still have a shot so he'll play his starters more.
I wonder what the players say about him behind his back. They've got to be pissed that he still plays his top 5 in routs on either side.
as much as i like watching the Suns get the kicked out of them, i cant believe some of the ridiculous hacks and bumps that GS keeps getting away with. I just saw Pietrus grab Diaw's waist with both hands like 3 times when he had the ball, and when he went up with the shot. or the ridiculous no-call that caused Nash to get a tech.
i don't think any of the three meetings this season are a good indicator for the playoffs when it comes to the mavs/warriors.
game one - mavs were in the midst of a four game losing streak at the beginning of the season. does this mean ANYTHING now when it comes to meeting those teams? not really.
game two - warriors played a great game meeting the mavs on the mavs' second game of a btb and one game before they matched up the suns in a hyped up game. were the mavs' heads in it? maybe....maybe not. this could be another instance in which the warriors truly owned the mavs but i'm not so sure there weren't other factors involved.
game three - this game will be the second to last game played in the regular season. so close to the playoffs, it won't mean anything to the mavs who will probably be resting the starters.
as for the losses last season, the mavs lost a close game (one point) w/o jho, mavs lost another game w/o harris, mavs won a game with a healthy mavs team, warriors won a game against a healthy mavs team.
i'm not trying to diss the warriors, they have played very well against the mavs and they are a very good team that plays exciting bball at times. however, i'm not going to say that i *fear* a matchup between the mavs/warriors when i don't. i would prefer not to see them because i think they can take 1-2 games from us, whereas a clippers team with unhealthy cassell would be easier to sweep.

I bet if the Warriors were healthy all year they would get about 50 wins. Richardson and Davis are now both healthy and playing a much higher level than all season because of it. Dallas has no answer for either player when healthy.
Funny thing is that the Suns can still win this...part of me wants em to lol
lemme guess....... the amare part?
my city always tin on the big dogs......
so now, along with the bulls and the kings, you're going to swing on the warriors? get outta here with that transient crap
Good job for the Warriors going out there and beating a team they should be beating. Are they keeping those jerseys, by the way?
never ever a warriors fan...... but they do rep my city!
There's your bull "team they should be beating" again.
I suppose that same line came out against the Celtics last week, right?
Just admit you don't know about and we can all get on with it.
they have awesome jerseys, i like several of them
What should I say, that GS should go out there and lose?
i used to be a jersey head.... but i dont buy them s anymore.... kinda grew outta it..... i have the city jersey.... JRICH of course........
how do i add SpursDynasty to the ignore list?
Get over it already.![]()
And besides, you have a couple Mavs fans you should keep in check that come with worse than that. (here's a hint:)
To say that GS is beating a team they "should be beating" implies they're either the favorites (which they weren't) or they have a considerable matchup advantage (which they necessarily don't). You need to get away from your little crutch phrase.
Why isn't Nash on the floor tonight? I just tuned in during the 4th.
there is no poster worse than spursdynasty...anyone who makes a thread that says "brent barry > michael jordan" deserves to be smacked
Good, my reverse jinx stopped the choke. Thanks Warriors! 2nd seed here we come!
