Whats the difference between a bluray and DVD case?

Whats the difference between a bluray and DVD case?
I was scrolling through this thread just to ask about this. No one, and I mean no one is a bigger Tolkien junkie than I am.
<drool>
I want it just because I hate having to switch the ing DVDs in the middle.
The Blu-ray cases are smaller and thinner, and fit into my blu-ray stands easier.
Thanks, but...I'm in Dallas.

Thats odd. Discs are the exact same dimensions. I figured they would make the same cases for both. I use regular shelving for our media storage but I'm not a big fan of cover art so I wish I could just safely put them in a binder/book. I'm still afraid they'll get scratched though.
So is he.
Ah. Is your horse and buggy in the shop?
Sorry, Viva. I'm an idiot. For some unknown reason, I didn't immediately connect "75" and the D/FW. Wow.
Thanks for the advice. 'Preciate it.
I dunno. I like having the boxes and cover art. They can be pretty sleek sometimes. And the blu-ray boxes themselves just seem cooler to me for some reason.
My wishlist for Blu-ray, ottomh.
Strange Days
Jacob's Ladder
Dead Presidents
Stigmata
Next on my list is The Tudors, seasons 1-4. Started watching this on Netflix (which only has the first two seasons, those bas s) and love it.
Pisses me off that they have Young Guns on blu ray, but not Young guns II, seriously wtf
so yall really buy the same movie more than once? dvd then blu ray? lololol![]()
well, we know you shoplift your blu rays, but im talkin bout everyone else that purchases them
I burned all my movies in the DVD era![]()
Good question. I don't personally know anyone who has replaced their entire collection, but it wouldn't surprise me if others have. Seems a tad unnecessary to me.
i know people that do, and i am just sad for them, and sometimes wonder if they have any extra money they can give me since they like to waste their dough.
My blockbuster haul so far:
Need to get some blu-ray cases.
That'll really tie my collection together. 3 months away though. I'm glad it's a remaster and not a straight transfer.
I absolutely cannot wait for The Dude to hit blu-ray. I still own an HD DVD copy of the movie.
