random legal permanent residents confused about whether they can vote is neither a grand conspiracy nor electorally consequential
perp walked a registered Republican
https://lamaterial.com/p/voter-fraud...ans-californiaWhen the Department of Justice unveiled voter fraud charges against 28 defendants in California on Monday morning, it summoned a media circus, news helicopters and all, to the Commerce home of 72-year-old Omar Muñoz, who is accused of voting in five elections despite not being a citizen.
Within minutes of his arrest, Muñoz’s perp-walk photos were plastered in the California Post and touted on Truth Social by President Trump, who has repeatedly claimed that Democrats are cheating in elections by allowing noncitizens to vote. Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson posted a statement claiming that “the playbook for Democrats and their Marxist pals is clear: Reopen the border. Allow millions of illegals into America. Let them vote in our elections.”
But Muñoz, the man whose arrest the DOJ invited the media to witness, is actually a registered Republican, according to voter records reviewed by L.A. Material.

Los Angeles officials analyzed a sample of 200 people on the list. “Among the records for which birthplace information was meaningfully reported, 38.9% indicated that they were born in the United States,” Aman Bhullar, an official in the Los Angeles clerk and recorder’s office, wrote in a court declaration.

https://marylandmatters.org/2026/10/...n-nine-states/A federal judge on Wednesday night blocked the Department of Homeland Security from conducting election-related field operations that could sweep up U.S. citizens in nine states.
Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín, an appointee of President Joe Biden in U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California, issued a preliminary injunction after voting rights advocates alleged that Homeland Security was sending armed agents to homes to question residents about their voter status.
The injunction bars operations in California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington and Wisconsin until polls close on Election Day, though the administration may appeal in the coming days.
25 US citizens wrongly flagged as noncitizens by SAVE stripped of the right to vote by a local official in Maricopa

https://azmirror.com/2026/10/22/maye...s-noncitizens/Arizona’s top election official and attorney general are asking a judge to force Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap to reinstate the voting rights of 25 people who were falsely flagged as noncitizens by a database created by the Trump administration.
The lawsuit, filed by Attorney General Kris Mayes and Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, comes the day before the deadline for voters to request an early ballot. Voters have until Oct. 23 to request an early ballot.
“Absent this Court’s prompt intervention, the twenty-five Affected Voters will be illegally denied their right to vote in the November 3, 2026 general election,” the two Democrats wrote in a lawsuit filed Wednesday. “The Recorder has refused to voluntarily undertake his statutory duty, so must be ordered to do so.”
James O'Keefe inadvertently drew attention to how hard it is to commit voter fraud in a blue state and drew iden y theft and unlawful voting charges for his trouble
https://www.startribune.com/conserva...mary/601903539The Hennepin County Attorney's Office is charging James O'Keefe and Cam Higby with felonies for unlawful voting and ID theft for filming themselves misrepresenting their iden ies to election judges during the Minnesota primary as voters who were registered in the precinct.
Prosecutor Mary Moriarty said they were alerted by the Sec of State office that James O'Keefe and others were trying to undermine the state's vouching system. Moriarty said vouching accounts for just .6 percent of the ballots cast in the state.
Videos posted by O'Keefe show them wearing burkas outside precincts during the primary. Moriarty said the voter names they used included some residents who were dead and at least one who voted.
Judge Carter characterizes DOJ's last-minute, multi-state illegal voter crackdown as part of a wider, months-long campaign of election interference
https://storage.courtlistener.com/re...3513.149.0.pdfThis case is about the right of every American citizen to vote in a free and fair election. Never before in American history has the federal government, on the eve of an election, sought to coerce a state and local government to abandon their own Cons utional elections procedures and bend to the will of the Executive Branch. In bringing this lawsuit, the Executive would have this Court believe that it reigns as a sole sovereign. But California and its people are sovereign, too.
There is a clear remedy available.
The United States can prosecute individuals according to Section 611, as it has historically and recently done. California also has established procedures to cancel the voter registrations of any individuals proven ineligible. The Executive’s requested relief, however, would wreak havoc and disrupt the election that is already underway, create a chilling effect on election workers and voters alike, and discount the votes of United States citizens. The Executive Branch cannot replace the remedy Congress carefully enacted with its own unlawful and uncons utional solution instead.
Eroded trust in our democracy is irreparable. Once a vote is segregated, lasting harm has occurred. If the Executive can discount votes and threaten an ongoing election due to unproven allegations, then our democracy is in danger.
This Court declines to be a party to such process.
Accordingly, the Court DENIES the Application for a Temporary Restraining Order .
In Nevada, Secretary Mullin stated that 15,903 non-citizens were registered to vote. A manual review by DHS officials yielded a subset of 185 individuals that they argued were confirmed non-citizens. Yet even within the DHS’s hand-picked subset, Nevada reported that every single individual was a United States citizen.6
Defendants do not “interfere” with the United States’ ability to enforce Section 611 by administering an ongoing election in accordance with established State and Federal law, rather than assuming new obligations pursuant to a federal criminal law they are not responsible for enforcing.
DOJ literally throwing on the wall
Washington’s top election official is calling on federal authorities to provide more evidence that the state’s voter rolls include hundreds of noncitizens, as a preliminary investigation reveals U.S. citizens are listed.
The state’s top federal prosecutors on Monday claimed Washington’s voter rolls included 405 ineligible noncitizens who had voted upward of 1,500 times in elections dating back decades. They called on Secretary of State Steve Hobbs to set aside their votes until they could be confirmed as rightful voters, but Hobbs countered that the information they provided contains “several glaring deficiencies,” including duplicate entries and the inclusion of unregistered voters.
“Without individualized proof of ineligibility, it would be both irresponsible and illegal for election officials to decline to process a registered voter’s ballot,” wrote Hobbs, a Democrat. “If you have individualized proof, I invite you to provide it so election officials can take appropriate steps that are consistent with federal and state law.”https://www.cascadiadaily.com/2026/o...itizen-voters/Hobbs claimed the list received from federal authorities included people who aren’t currently registered to vote or whose registrations are inactive. And many are U.S. citizens, a similar finding to other states that have faced similar accusations from the Trump administration. A spokesperson for Hobbs said it’s too soon to say how many exactly are citizens.
Hobbs also said the list of alleged noncitizen voters presented to the state contained no information sources or evidence supporting the claims of fraud.
“Given the Department of Justice’s recent acts of election interference in California, Alaska, and now in Washington, it would be particularly inappropriate for Washington to simply assume the Department’s unsupported allegations here are credible,” Hobbs wrote.
Boasberg demands information about federal election interference
A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to provide a list of states it targeted with demands that state and local officials change how they will administer the midterm election, including that they set aside specific ballots for extra scrutiny.
The order from Chief Judge James E. Boasberg in Federal District Court in Washington could provide new transparency into the Trump administration’s efforts to pressure local officials ahead of next week’s election.
It came in a lawsuit brought by a broad coalition of Democratic politicians and party organizations that is seeking a court order prohibiting the Trump administration from interfering in election administration. The Justice Department has sent letters to California and Washington State asking them to impound ballots sent from voters the department said it had reason to believe were noncitizens. The states said that the lists provided by the government were riddled with errors and that the Cons ution gives states — not the federal government — the power to administer elections.https://www.nytimes.com/2026/10/29/u...n-lawsuit.htmlAt a hearing, Judge Boasberg said he planned to decide whether to block the Trump administration’s efforts by Nov. 3.
But he said that information he asked the administration to produce by noon on Friday would help him determine the extent of the federal government’s efforts and whether he had reason to intervene.
Judge Boasberg asked the Justice Department to produce any communication with state or local election officials that directed them to remove registered voters from state rolls, to refuse to issue ballots to specific registered voters, or to set aside “or otherwise not count and tabulate” votes cast by specific individuals.
He told Christian Dibblee, a Justice Department lawyer, that the Trump administration could short circuit the inquiry at any time by promising the government would not order any additional states to change their ballot processing in the coming days.

https://apnews.com/article/californi...e59f6084e918d4The research found that 8,880 of the names, representing 42% of the entire list, do not correspond to anyone in California’s current voter file. It also found at least 22 are U.S. citizens, and many more may correspond to those of confirmed citizens.
“The expert analysis further makes clear that the mandated voter list endangers a significant number of eligible California voter,” said the filing, which was cosigned by Xavier Becerra, the Democratic candidate for California governor and an adviser to the UCLA Voting Rights Project.
Alaska Republicans call DOJ lawsuit meritless, urge dismaissal
https://apnews.com/article/californi...e59f6084e918d4Alaska’s Republican-run state government on Saturday urged a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed at President Donald Trump’s direction to stop the certification of a possible Democratic win in that state’s pivotal U.S. Senate race, writing that there is “no reason for this Court to entertain this meritless lawsuit any longer.”
The scathing filing from the state’s attorney general’s office comes as U.S. District Court Judge Sharon L. Gleason set a deadline of Saturday for arguments over whether she should dismiss the lawsuit without even a hearing.
DOJ's election interference shenanigans continue to lose in federal courts
https://ielaw.news/trump-loses-appea...ty-operations/A federal appeals court on Friday denied a Trump administration demand that California set aside and not count the ballots of 20,000 suspected noncitizen voters, setting the stage for a possible appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
A three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against a U.S. Department of Justice request for an emergency order that would have required state and local election officials to not tabulate the ballots of voters on a list developed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security unless they could prove their citizenship.
A separate 9th Circuit panel on Friday also denied a Justice Department request to allow Homeland Security to restart election-related field operations that could sweep up U.S. citizens. Civil rights groups had warned the operations put naturalized citizens at risk of disenfranchisement.
