MEM is a tough match up since they're essentially built to beat us and to counter our interior "advantage." Our normal counters -- penetration (TP) and bigman spacing (Bonny) -- are not what they once were.

MEM scared me more that the Rockets. When it counts, Houston folds to good defense. We have two of the best defenders to throw at Harden.

Draymond would have been useless on the Spurs. His defense consists of grabbing and hand checking no way would the refs not call fouls on him in SA. Observe how LMA got called for two bs fouls against ZBO today simply for banging in the post with him. That would be the call Draymond would be getting in SA on the defensive end. Plus his shooting is garbage. On top of that Draymond is a ball dominant player who needs the ball in his hands to be effective and Pop is not going to allow that.

To see Kawhi play at that incredible level and lose was hard to take. Hopefully his teammates will feel the same and avenge that bullsh*t Tuesday night.

That's when I stopped watching and knew this was going 6 at least. When you have the timekeeper ing you, you're not going to win a close one.

Maybe i'm mis-remembering, but I feel like the refs usually blow the whistle when something like that happens. But they just allowed Patty to throw up a rushed shot. They were pretty bad

That was absolutely a pivotal moment as it lead to them scoring vs us taking a 5-6 point lead potentially and burning more clock.

Frankly I keep wanting Lamarcus to go off and dude hasn't had a game like the 2 first OKC game series... too passive on offense.
When he was determined he got good shots at the rim.. he's been good on defense but I think Lamarcus underperforming on offense can't fly for the team to move on forward.
