Green and to a lesser extent Ferguson might lend more credence to Mills for Richardson, though that seemed too good to be true to begin with.

If the Warriors are supposedly high on Vassell, it should stand to reason they'd want a prime version.

“ Sam Presti turned Dennis Schroder into two first round picks, a second rounder, and Al Horford (who I think legit might not actually be washed).”

Like Al Horford is not an awful player. No one wants LMA or Derozan who are actually good and have no risk deals??
They're waiting on who will be available at 11th. Be patient

Another late first founder. OKC team of Kyle Andersons and Derrick Whites is gonna be great the next 5 years.

People underestimate this. I totally understand OKC trying to move up in the draft. They have to trade away some of those picks in self-defense. I'm down for SA being the team that gets like Oubre 25 and two future firsts to move down so long as those firsts are real and convey before 2023

So Danny Green can get you Al Horford, a first and a second?

I think Green got the second and Philly saw the 25 first as a cheap price to get out of basically two years of Horford's money.

But it's not on PATFO if the Spurs can't find a willing trade partner

Why in the world does Morey want Danny Green? Expiring?

Damn, Danny Green sure is in the news a lot these days. Maybe this bodes well for the earlier Richardson-for-Mills rumor?

Meanwhile we basically got poetl (who I believe is not as good as horford) for him when DG was still good. Wtf.

Get away from the abomination that was horford contract. Now they have 2 expiring deals in Richardson and green. Gives them some breathing room going forward, but they still have Tobias and his horrid contract to deal with now.

It has nothing to do with Danny Green the player. His expiring contract is the ballast , so that Philly can get rid of Horford's terrible contract for the price of a couple of late picks.

Say what you will about what happened with KD/WB/Harden. Since then Presti is lapping other teams. NEVER LEAVE MEAT ON THE BONE.

Ya this has nothing to do with Danny. Good trade for PHI who is more win now and now gets more wiggle room and good trade for OKc

I know it was to get out of Horford's contract but I gotta believe the Spurs would've offered DePression and Mills for that package and Richardson.

It's crazy that folks think Wiggins alone is worth 2 to dump but somehow are also ignoring that Horford's contract is in the same ball park as bad and that Philly is even saving money against this year's tax.

Why would the 76ers, who have a non range shooting primary creator and the most dominant low post scorer in the league, want to pair them with another non range shooting primary creator?

All you need to know about DeRozan's value or lack thereof, is the Hawks would prefer a gimpy Hayward, who can no longer handle a star's workload, over him (rightfully so).

Why would the Spurs want to pay Horford $70 mil over the next 3 years because of a late first round pick and a second? Picks don't cost that much.

Depends on what year(s) the picks are. If its a late pick in next year's draft it'll be worth a lottery pick in most other drafts, and the second would be worth a late first as well.

just makes the Spurs look that much worse for taking him in the Nephew trade
