You're saying he made "difficult throws too! "
Cmon it was based on the one run. We all know it

Absolutely NO.
Conspiracy theories creeping into CF.
NO. Ridiculous. Ewers and Sark have worked longer together therefore Sark has a much better feel for the playbook with Ewers.
This is very important to Sark’s coaching style. Now if desperation plays enter where you need a mobile QB to throw long down field I could see this play replacement.
Sark said he was really impressed with how Arch handled a couple of pass plays.
They were not the wide open touchdown or the speed touchdown by Bond.
He referred to another play from execution.
But I fully believe this is all about Ewers as well as Sark believes he has the best chances of beating tough teams with Ewers who has a proven record against tough opponents. Sark and Ewers understand each other now. A QB coach like Sarkisian is much more comfortable with a guy he knows imo. So it’s just about Ewers getting healthy to where Sark feels he can run the playbook imo.
i disagree
OTF followed up on this and Mathis, Jr. and his family will be in Austin that weekend.
It will be an unofficial visit with the hope the staff can schedule him for an official later in the season.
Hamilton at OTF spoke on CB recruiting and said the staff would like to add "another piece or two."
He said the staff is also fine with heading to the portal to fill an immediate need should things shake out that way, but that leeway and stacking wins affords them the opportunity to go "deep sea fishing" for another high school stud.
He thinks it's way more likely any flip would come from an in-state player, and the three the staff is focused on are Dorian Brew (Conroe High), Devin Sanchez (Galena Park North Shore) and Cobey Sellers (Pearland Shadow Creek).
The out-of-state war daddies would be Dijon Lee (Mission Viejo, CA) and Na'eem Offord (Birmingham, AL).
