It's the same exact rights. The exceptions to them are not the same in school than not in school, for example (location-based), just like the exceptions to your rights are not the same at the airport or not at the airport (location-based as well).

Indeed then there is the issue of guardianship, parental rights, and the like that are exclusive to children and other wards.

Sadly, the Russian artillery is making a big difference. They just blow the out of an area from 5 miles away and then move in after everything is destroyed. The ukranian defensive line is suffering horrendous casualties from the artillery that they can't respond to. The long range stuff the US is sending may be too little too late. There is a three week learning curve just to teach the Ukrainians how to use it.

Sure, there are age-specific exceptions/regulations, pointed out as much earlier. They're no different than other exceptions/regulations that exist and apply to adults. Nobody thinks that because those exceptions exist, the BoR no longer pertain to them.

IE: No US government (State/Federal) can pass a law that prohibits children from saying " god", for example, it will be struck down on first amendment grounds.
