Ibaka limping like a motha
Keeping Splitter's minutes limited helped more.
Ibaka limping like a motha
If the Spurs play at 80% of tonight, prepare for the FIX OF FIXES in game 6!
Tape it!! It would be a case of study.
GOOD GAME, GOOD NIGHT!!
No backdoor sweep here, that's a W for me. Let's make it even better on Saturday.
Monumental win. I was sure the Thunder were starting to avalanche. I did not expect this. Overcoming 27 minutes from Ibaka on the floor, a huge first half from Westbrook, and playing their game the way they want. This performance has to feel so good, after 2012 and after those seven consecutive losses against Ibaka.
Worst case scenario now, this buys the Spurs a Game 7.
Just a terrific effort from the team tonight. Hopefully, this is huge mentally moving forward. Onto OKC tbh.
The losses in games 3 and 4 were ugly, but they weren't the blowouts like games 1, 2 and 5. Announcers are trying to equate the two - and it's not really the same. For instance, in game 4, OKC had to keep their starters in even in the 4th quarter because our bench was playing so well.
Manu's voice sounds a bit hoarse I hope he isn't getting sick.
Yep, modern day slavery, sad.
I know the shooting was incredible, but it came off of great energy. This was WCF level effort. Then the spacing was better which added up to a great offensive performance.
Of course he is, he just got prison raped by the Spurs.
Did Ibaka play tonight, I can't remember?
surprising, with intensity and some adjustments ibaka not look like bill russell
All that yelling from being fired up, tbh.
Noticed that as well. They will announce he needs to have his leg amputated only for him to make a full recovery minutes before tipoff of game 6.
Manu still with the funky accent after all these years, love that guy!
Now that they realize Ibaka is human after all, let's hope they can steal it in Meth-City
They finally beat OKC at full strength and did it resoundingly, in a pivotal playoff game. It feels so good.
POP COACHING HIS BALLS OFF!!!!!!
The aggressive team has won each game. Moving the ball and attacking the close out is absolutely critical heading into Oklahoma.
Breaks the backdoor sweep curse at least. Next step-finish them off.
Pop coached his ass off tonight!!!!
He was really in it! Yelling, dancing, seemed to push the right buttons in the tentative 1st and 2nd qtrs. Ginobili brought the fire, too to weather that OKC storm.
I would love for the Spurs to end Derek Fischer's career with a heartbreaking buzzer beating loss in OKC. That is my dream.
