With the recent offer to ATH Devon Achane of Fort Bend Marshall, 24/7 mentioned today that UT would not take both he and ATH Mookie Cooper.
Texas is hoping to have a better feel for where they stand with Cooper after this weekend, and he tweeted today he plans on using all five official visits.

Barring any major injury to the QB, i'd take the over on 10. Yes, we lost a ton on D and the O will need to carry us somewhat to start the season, at least until the D gets their legs underneath them.
And yes Tom seems to always have a WTF moment during the season. I'll give him credit though, his Teams are always ready for the big time games.
obviously, the staff would have the best feel on this situation. But unless Mookie is head and shoulders above Devon, I'd be tempted to try and get Devon committed and then see in the end if we have room for Mookie if he still wants to sign with us.
