    Forcing the DOJ's hand.

The submission should be newsworthy, and paradoxically the judge's order relieves DOJ of the responsibility to appear impartial vis a vis the election, the judge is commanding the DOJ to rebut in 40 days.

"Earlier this year, the Bureau secured 184 boxes of classified material from Trump's home. Despite the president's extensive cooperation and voluntary surrender of the do ents, the FBI nonetheless cited this incident in the affidavit as establishing "probable cause" to conduct the raid."
    You admit they're still classified.

    Magic wand theory: abandoned.

A former President has the legal right to access any and all of the do ents created during his Presidency, classified or otherwise. Period.

The second before Trump left office, by his very actions alone in taking do ents he could be said to have declassified them.

The former President cannot be charged under the Espionage Act of 1917 thanks to Article II of the Cons ution: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. Trump IS the Executive Branch and the Commander-In-Chief. Therefore subordinates and agencies can't tell him to cross the I's and dot the T's so to speak.

Beep boop, Yam s lost his security clearance when he was booted from the WH and has no need to know. Plus, Biden made sure Yam s did not get security briefings, traditionally given to ex-presidents as a courtesy to keep them informed, if their advice is needed ().

A senior FBI agent under scrutiny for alleged political bias during the Hunter Biden laptop inquiry has left the agency, The Washington Times reported.

Two former FBI officials familiar with the situation told the Times that assistant special agent in charge Timothy Thibault, 25, was seen leaving the agency's building on Friday with several escorts. It is still unclear whether he resigned or was forced out.

Thibault had come to the attention of congressional Republicans due to his politically charged social media presence and several internal leaks regarding his conduct, according to the paper.

Trump is an asshole but I just can't see him selling info on American agents.
Selling would be pretty stupid (but actually smart for a dumbass like Trump).

What’s more likely is that he just wanted to impress some rando campaign financer (Arab or otherwise), and brag about the materials. Such dumbassery is more in line with him.

"If the Democrats say it’s a crime, and say it over and over again, The New York Times joins in with them, as do all the big networks, media and social outlets. Then it becomes a crime. But there is no crime. Let’s say that, over and over!"

Trump probably won't pay for them either, tbh

Trump adds former Florida solicitor general to legal team working Mar-a-Lago probe

The former president has a new lawyer, and the Republican National Committee isn’t picking up the tab.
