    Seems like it still strongly favors the rich clubs due to their larger revenue streams. Can't really see it closing the gap. About the only thing this may do is avert a Leeds style implosion

    Is there any support for a straight salary cap in England? Is parity a real desire of the BPL?

    As a fan, I think the league is in pretty good shape compe ively. Most teams at least have a chance of beating (almost) any other team on any given day. I suppose if this prevents teams from completely going under due to re ed management then it will have been a success

    Oh yeah, I have no problem with him playing at his position. It's when he's stuck out of position is when he really sucks. He's been playing pretty well at CM when given the chance.
