shut up, Ramirez, you fat illegal be@ner
intentional or unintentional irony?
shut up, Ramirez, you fat illegal be@ner
I don't believe that he was on top of him in the way that was presented in his walkthroughs and original statement. ie beating his head in to the ground and choking him while he is yelling for help and somehow unable to defend himself despite havning no hands restrained.

So you believe the neighbor who testified lied under oath?
Makes me realize something.
By being on this website, I indicate that I'm probably an NBA fan.
By being an NBA fan, for whatever else that might mean, I am buttressing a system that gives black athletes the wealth and power to be heard.
Maybe I shouldn't be an NBA fan anymore.
Maybe I shouldn't be an NFL fan either.
Quote specifically the witness that says that Zimmerman was punched, went down immediately, was jumped on by Martin who then started slamming his head into the pavement over and again, then started to choke him and then reached for his gun.
I am not going to answer your generalized hypothetical. It's not going to happen as I believe your premise is flawed. You familiar with the term 'loaded question?'
I am disgusted with the general state of people. Yes, having a kid die sucks, but when you are so illogical to the point where you don't even realize how easy it is to poke holes in your "Vick went to prison?!! or "this country is so racist, no progress!" mindset it's disgusting.
People use any event to show their true colors, both sides and it's disgusting.
Credit to biernutz for this find on how ed up the media's narrative has been.

I didn't ask a loaded question. I asked if you thought the neighbor who testified Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman was lying.
I simply asked you what you would have done if Trayvon was on top of you. You keep throwing other variables into the equation instead of answering.
Quote specifically the witness who says they saw Zimmerman jump out of his car and chase down Trayvon and start a fight with him. That's what you said happened right?

Dispatcher: are you following him?
Zimmerman: yeah.
Am I re ed, I can't seem to find the part where a witness sees him chasing Trayvon and starting a fight.
What part of generalized hypothetical was difficult to understand?
The "other variables" were Zimmerman's account of what happened and the physical evidence.
I have a better question: are there cir stances that you would kill someone in self defense? Yes, there are.
You are not re ed but you are making a habit of asking questions that are not germane.
And you know for a fact that this was not one of those cases?
There is nothing in the transcript you provided that says anything about Zimmerman chasing Trayvon, which you have stated multiple times that he did.
That is not the standard nor is that how the law approaches it.
Zimmerman demonstrates a basis for self defense, his statements and walkthroughs, and the state has to disprove the account beyond a reasonable doubt.
Do I have reasons to doubt Zimmerman's portrayal of events? Yes I do.
And pick a screen name. Sorting through sock puppets is annoying.
He said he was following him. If you listen to the recording you can hear him huffing and puffing.
This is the best page I have seen about this whole situation. Quite disturbing how social media corrupts the views of others. Even more disturbing when a non-partial side like the President decides to overtly sway the Judicial system to his liking (which failed beyond belief).
You said he was chasing him, that is quite a difference.
