Well in this case Harden is violating protocols, and if he intentionally did it while catching Covid again, then spreading it causing another sort of shut down, NBA would be furious

I'd certainly hope so. The NBA is the 90s MLB where everyone knows the athletes are running the show and everyone sees/notices what they're doing and the Administration is doing nothing about it because, well, money.

Yep. This event occurred on December 21 so this past Monday. Being very recent, the league will be pissed because this is now his second time and showing disregard as the memo forbids going to any clubs strip clubs etc. Harden doesn’t care that he could be the cause of another shut down. He will likely be suspended and fined. Player power has gotten way out of control like you said.

Also, Silver made a comment the other day stating that Harden is still under contract and needs to fulfill his team obligations. I really want to see punishment
