Seriously, how the can anyone say Zeppelin, Queen, or Pink Floyd are overrated? Musical ing geniuses, and they were revolutionary to their time and genre. Not to mention they did things in music that no one else had done at the time.
You're a got.

The Dallas Cowboys will lose in the first round of playoffs again (if they even make it) and Tony Romo is Over-rated.
Driving and talking on a cell phone should be illegal in the US, like in most other first-world countries. And people that text message and drive should get their driving privileges revoked.
Sarcasm, son, sarcasm. God did not cooperate with the liberal agenda of gender neutrality when Jesus was conceived male, nor in Jesus' insistence upon calling on God the Father.
It would seem strange to "believe" in God, and then go on to say that human beings can correct his errors. Liberal "solutions" to that problem:
1) Jesus didn't really go under the direction of God all the time; liberal Episcopals are more in touch with God than Jesus was.
2) Jesus wasn't really God, at least not any more than anybody else is. Everybody is divine, so whatever liberal Episcopals decide is the will of God. If it contradicts what other "divine" people used to believe, it's because those earlier people weren't as enlightened.
3) God doesn't really exist except as a human construct, so it really makes no difference if people make it up as they go along.
Go to jesusshaped.wordpress.com and read extensively.
This goes double for women drivers
Oh yeah. They absolutley pay no attention when they are yapping on those freakin phones. It is already illegal to talk on phones in DC. It's a shame because it would be a major pain if they did ban cell phones while driving. I wish people would know there limitations.
Back on topic:
The best days of the United States of America are behind it.
The modern age has passed and nobody has any idea what to do to replace it.
At some point, San Antonio lost its small-town feel while still remaining provincial and backward.
Texas isn't impressive just because it is big; vast swaths of the state are barren wasteland.
The Panhandle isn't pretty because you can see lots of sky. Everybody can see sky. Nor is it pretty because you can see 30 miles in every direction. There isn't anything to look at 30 miles away either.
You need virtually nothing of what you have.
Everyone should try a little weed now and then instead of popping a pill
The Dark Knight sucked.
Kill, hate, blow up, repeat. The End. Thanks for your $10.
It probably contributed heavily to Heath Ledgers suicide in real life.
Starving Dogs can be considered ART.
Every woman fantasizes about coming over to the dark side.
You broke up my quote to make it misleading. The Biblical verse pertained to your statement above it that the Bible does not condemn impure thoughts. It related to the sentence above it from which you divided it. That sentence was about how many sinners still get married in churches, including many adulterers.
The last sentence was about your stance on sexuality. Why is it that so many people obsess on THAT sin and seem to act as if it is the end all and be all of sinfulness- while disregarding all the others. I would say that heterosexual adultery inflicts more suffering on the world than sexuality- so why the obsesssion with the gay people and not the adulterers?
You asked why would someone sexual want to get married in a church? Well, maybe that person believes in God and in Jesus and who He was and what He did. I ask-- why do heterosexuals who never go to church get married in churches and why do churches participate in that? Seems to me to make more sense for a person who attends church every week and is sexual to want to get married in a church rather than someone who is heterosexual and nevers attends church getting married there.
People do not have to worry about sexuals destroying the sanc y of marriage. The heterosexuals have already done that themselves.
Rome much? Greece?
Not until the mass indoctrination of Christianity/Islam have gays ever experienced persecution in the West (cant speak for the East...no idea). So basically, gays have been persecuted far shorter a span then when they were not (historically speaking).
Spartans (and Greece as a whole) used to practice pedastry, which carried over into early Roman culture as well.
With that said, I dont care about what gays do or dont do. Marriage, child raising, whatever. None of my business.
Zepplin wasn't revolutionary. They ripped off their entire first album and they stole Stairway to Heaven from Spirit.
Marriage is a creation of man. Humans (as a species) were never meant to have only one partner for life. Which ties in with another human construct, religion. Religion in essence, is the denial of your nature. To try and be something youre not and were never meant to be. Another man-made mechanism of control and order to alleviate the feeble-minded of the knowledge that the unverse is chaos and so is life.
The sanc y of marriage is overrated.
Humanity (in its whole) is not special and the earlier it ends, the better. I use the entire scope of humanity because for the most part individual humans are rational, free-thinking, all-around good people.
But mass those same people together and have them come up with one agenda and it always leads to the death and destruction of another to meet the demands of that same large group.
Just as nature intended.
If there were ever a post to use to sum up the intent of a thread, this would be it.
I wholeheartedly disagree, kind sir.
There is a little phobia in all of us.
