    Ok,

Went back to the gym last week after a long layoff; I just did cardio, and from now on it's gonna be both weight lifting and cardio.

I also have been taking CLA and it's really helping

If you eat what you normally do it will probably jump back up to your original weight in 2 days, I don't know why it's like that, but when you first start a diet you lose weight on the scale, but if you up once you'll gain it all again. Also probably because you're young and have a fast metabolisim.

For the record I drink a ton of diet soda and was able to lose weight without any problems. I drink 8-10 sometimes 12 a day.

Yeah, same for my friend who did it. Actually, he was already in pretty good shape prior to it. I think hes on day 36 or something, and he is already having to buy new clothes. He's was pretty big (muscles) prior to the P90X, but now hes been getting a much more defined and chiseled look.

I stand corrected it took him 3 weeks for 20 lbs but I heard he is following the diet they give you to a tee.

Very important follow the nutrition plan when you do round 1 for sure. I did two full rounds and a half a third round. I am 5-11 and weighed 192 with a 21% BF when I started back in Sept I am 170 and have a BF of 9% as of today. You can't go back to eating crappy if you want to keep your results.

Shoulders and arms were good and not that difficult. Today I think is the Yoga x. Ab ripper was short and sweet but it sucked too.

Out of all the workouts that is the hardest hands down I ended up buying one of his other Yoga dvd's that is only 50 min. The thing about Yoga is it's pain pure pain and teaching yourself to handle it sucks. My friend really liked it and enjoyed it. I never really liked it and just put up with it at best but it is a very good workout if you have a heart rate monitor you will see just how many cal you burned.
